ELID - Product Development Process Engineer

Owns technical oversight of the ELID R&D pilot program as part of product commercialization. Works collaboratively with cross-functional partners as part of the New Product Development Stage Gate process. Provides manufacturing feasibility assessments during new project brief reviews. Interfaces directly with Customers, as needed, to ensure client

Possesses technical expertise as required by the listed responsibilities, education, and experience. Performs work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Performs work using good organizational and time management skills. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Works with minimum supervision. Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a short amount of time. Ability to coach and mentor others. Perform essential duties and

efficiently, accurately, and safely. Education/Experience: BS in Chemical Engineering, or related sciences, required. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum five years of experience in the CPG industry, with a demonstrated track record of successful scale-up for New Product Development. Organic/clean-beauty experience preferred. Physical and Mental Demands Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around heavy machinery. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as business needs require. Regularly required to stand Frequently required to walk Regularly reach with hands and arms Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
