  • •Maintains a neat, clean, orderly work area, cleaning machines, and work areas after a change/work has been completed.
  • •Assists higher level Process Techs online/tooling changes.
  • •Assists higher level Process Techs in starting up extrusion lines.
  • •Assists higher level Process Techs to keep the machines running at standard and meeting Quality Assurance specifications on finished product.
  • •Assist in higher level Process Techs in maintaining proper paperwork as required. Ensures that every machine has the correct part(s) identified as scheduled to run in the extrusion line.
  • •Assist in higher level Process Techs in identifying correct materials and making material attachments to the extrusion machine.
  • •Ability to operate a forklift in accordance with state and local regulations with an approved forklift license (may be working toward the license with plant H.R./training dept.).
  • •Supports the established Quality Policy
  • •Fulfills role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructions.
  • •Perform and document QC measurements including visual inspection to ensure product is within specification.
  • •Fills out production tickets with the proper information for audit station one. I.e. part number, weight of lift etc.
