Job Summary
- ◆Provide day-today supervision

- ✓Two years of experience or education in a manufacturing-related field
- ✓Clear and precise oral and written communication skills are required
- ✓Ability to embrace continuous improvement to question and evaluate systems/procedures for the most efficient uses, better communication, and process improvements on an ongoing basis
- ✓Strong reasoning and independent decision making skills required
- ✓Ability to work with the business operating system and PC’s (MS Office) required.
- ✓Ability to attend and participate in required company meetings.
- ✓Must be a team player that works with others in the company to meet company goals.
