The Process Technician is responsible for supporting the operations teams by performing mold set-ups, troubleshooting, corrective, and preventive processing issues on plastics manufacturing machinery. This role is ideal for individuals continuing a career in set-up processing technician and are looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced, complex plastics production environment.

This position reports to the Process Engineering Technician Supervisor and is part of the Plastics Manufacturing Engineering Team l ocated in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.

• •Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeter, tensiometer, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc..)
• •Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
