In this role, you will have the opportunity to

◆Conduct p redictive and p reventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair to ensure optimal machine performance including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
◆Set up, calibrate, and test, components and mechanical assemblies using various tools.
◆Collaborate daily with Maintenance, Facilities, Operations teams, and contractors to achieve production goals .

The essential

Requirements

✓Lift up to 50 lbs. intermittently and stand at machines for entire shift including reaching, bending, squatting and kneeling.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

✓Hazardous waste handling and electrical work.
✓Injection molding and melt-blown processes.

D-Shift: Thursday PM –Sunday AM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (three 12-hour shifts), and every other Wednesday PM - Thursday AM, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

The hourly range for this role is $32 - $36 per hour This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The Industrial Mechanic Technician assembles machinery to enhance manufacturing operations and reliability. In this role, you’ll ensure the reliability and performance of automated and semi-automated machinery in a continuous production environment, while upholding Environmental Health, Safety (EHS), and Quality standards. This role collaborates with Production and Engineering to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement machine improvements.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is part of the Maintenance Team located in Timonium, MD and will be an on-site role.

•Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read manuals, technical documents, blueprints, and troubleshooting guides.
