Production Supervisor (Second Shift)

• ◆Drive improvements in processes, for Safety, quality, efficiency and cost while sustaining predictable operational performance.
• ◆Hire, onboard, train, coach, and performance manage associates to build a capable, engaged, and accountable team.
• ◆Ensure compliance with EHS

and promote a strong culture of safety ownership.

• ✓Ensure products meet all customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• ✓Drive adherence to standard work and quality systems to ensure consistent, compliant execution.
• ✓Execute daily production schedules to achieve On‑Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
• ✓Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)

• ✓Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Management or equivalent experience.
• ✓Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum of three (3) years of manufacturing supervisory experience including involvement and knowledge of operations, supply chain, planning, receiving, shipping, and material flow
• ✓Experience in leading high-performance teams in a dynamic environment.
• ✓Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA, or otherwise) preferred
• ✓Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and provides focus to team to ensure alignment on the critical few
