responsibilities
include: prepare materials for shipment to customers, assist with general maintenance in the Fab, and assist in waste water treatment operations and hazardous waste management.
Education & Experience
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent
- ✓Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
- ✓Experience with networked PC based computer system
Requirements
- ✓Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings.
- ✓Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
- ✓Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks.
- ✓Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- ✓Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues.

Basic Function of the Job
- •Support wafer and chip production in all areas of the Semiconductor Fab, focusing on chip pick and place. Additional
Skills
- •Must be able to handle small (mm size) die with tweezers with precision
- •Previous experience in semiconductor die/chip handling highly desirable, but not necessary
- •Excellent hand-eye coordination and comfortable with working on microscope-based tasks
- •Attention to details
- •Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely
- •Ability to work independently with minimal guidance from the supervisor on specific tasks
- •Work with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competence
- •Ability to keep the workplace safe, clean, and orderly
- •Good interpersonal and communication skills
- •Basic level of skills in MS Word and MS Excel
Working Conditions
- •This position is on-site
- •Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary
- •Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job
