About the Plant
The Geneva, IL plant has been operating since 1960 and employs more than 265 people. As a Dry Application Facility , we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries. We operate six days per week and are proud to support our community through organizations like The Salvation Army.

What We Look For
- •2+ years of previous machine operating experience required
- •Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- •Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- •Ability to learn and follow production formulas and processes
- •Basic computer and math skills
- •Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
