Responsibilities

◆Assign and prioritize work based on production needs, equipment status, and team capability
◆Monitor work quality and address performance issues as needed
◆Provide guidance and support to technicians to improve job-related skills
◆Evaluate equipment and systems to identify maintenance and repair needs
◆Inspect work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure safe working conditions
◆Enforce safety procedures and provide training to prevent unsafe practices
◆Inspect and test completed work to confirm it meets required standards
◆Support efforts to reduce downtime through preventive maintenance practices
◆Maintain appropriate inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies
◆Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, tracking equipment performance and trends
◆Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, including adherence to GMPs

Experience, Skills, Education

✓High School Diploma or GED required
✓Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required
✓Previous leadership experience preferred
✓Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✓Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety practices
✓Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
✓Experience with maintenance systems and equipment optimization
