Responsibilities
- ◆Support to develop and implement/deploy quality inspection plans and checklist for receiving inspection, in process inspection, and final inspection
- ◆Support Material Review Boards, Failure Review Boards, ensure disposition of discrepant materials by the cross-functional team.
- ◆Support Root Cause and Corrective Actions with the cross functional team to identify discrepancy drivers and assist with the development and implementation of corrective actions.
- ◆Collaborate with supplier quality engineers to facilitate root cause and corrective actions at the supplier regarding non-conforming and discrepant materials.
Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
- ✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Internship in a quality or engineering position
- ✓1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.
