This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. • •Keep Equipment Running: Perform repairs and troubleshoot high-speed production equipment and plant utility systems, including dryers, fillers, case packers, palletizers, sleevers, and labelers.
• •Electrical Expertise: Install and repair electric motors, wiring, fuses, and motor protection systems; troubleshoot AC drive systems and PLCs using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• •Precision Maintenance: Replace seals, bearings, gears, belts, and other components; perform calibrations and preventive maintenance on sensors, motors, and control devices.
• •Fabrication & Welding: Weld stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum; fabricate guards and parts using lathes, mills, and plasma cutters.
• •Predictive Maintenance: Use advanced tools like thermography, ultrasonic testing, and vibration analysis to prevent failures.
• •Collaborate & Improve: Work with engineering and operations to implement design changes and improve operator care initiatives.
• •Safety & Compliance: Follow GMP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company safety standards, including LOTO and 5S protocols.

• •Shift: 12-hour Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
• •Schedule: Enjoy every other weekend off with a consistent 4-week rotation:

• •Week 1: Wed & Thurs (12 hrs)
• •Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun (12 hrs)
• •Week 3: Same as Week 1
• •Week 4: Same as Week 2

This schedule offers stability and work-life balance while providing opportunities for overtime.
